Most contractors hand the drawing set to one firm, the structure to another, and the finishes to a third. The seams show. Timelines slip. Quality is averaged down.
We organised the work differently. Three departments — Technical, Project Management, Finishing — each a business in its own right, operating under one company, one accountability, one standard. When they move in fusion, the seams disappear.
Each department earns its own revenue, is judged on its own P&L, and can be hired on its own. Together, they make turnkey behave like a single trade.
FUSION's pre-mobilization brain. Architecture, renderings, BIM modelling, surveying and documentation. By the time a site mobilizes, the project has already been built once — in drawing, in data, in a clash-resolved BIM environment.
The execution spine. Self-performed foundations and structures, full MEP, and site control under one command. Witness hold-points at every stage — formwork, reinforcement, pre-pour HSE walk, witness pour. Nothing leaves site unchecked.
Where the fingerprint is left. Materials, joinery, stone & marble, lighting and FF&E. Snag discipline starts when finishing starts — not at handover. Defects are logged, photographed and closed while the trades are still on site.
Centimetre truth before anything else. Surveyors mark, edit and upload to BIM the same day — no paper round-trip. The model is carried to LOD 400, so every bespoke joinery joint and every MEP run is resolved before mobilization.
Foundations, structures and block work are executed under FUSION command — not handed down a chain of subcontractors. Long-span steel and post-tensioned slabs run to a published methodology, with hold-points witnessed at every stage.
Lighting is specified during design, not retrofitted at handover. Stone is bookmatched, joinery is bespoke, and FF&E is held to direct relationships with the houses that define the category. The empty room before furniture is where the standard shows.
